  1. Where is my order now?
You can check up on your order every now and then. In order to track your order via our tracking tab, you can put your order number to find where your order is. First and foremost is to check your email, you must have received a notification via email whether your order has been dispatched or not. If you have received the email then your order will be on its way otherwise it will be in the depot waiting to get shipped to you. Either way, sit tight!  
  1. Why is my order late?
You need to realize if it’s really late or did you miss checking the delivery duration. Delivery dates are mentioned while you order, some are shipped from overseas and need more time to process and reach while some products can even be delivered shortly. The delay in the order might be because of some strikes or lockdowns. Do keep one thing in my mind our delivery days only include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays are exempted.   1. Can I cancel or change or edit my order?
If you wish to make amendments to your order, we advise you to be a little speedy. You can cancel/change your order before you receive or respond to any confirmation email, but as soon as your order gets processed, we are trying our best to deliver it to you as fast as we can. Unfortunately, it will not be convenient to cancel/change your shipment. However, if you change your mind, you can still reorder or return any unwanted item.  
  1. What to do if I receive an unwanted/faulty/incorrect item?
We are sorry if that is so. However, no need to panic you can reach us anytime. Keep the package safe and head over to Contact Us page or check our refund and return policy.  
  1. What if I am not home?
At the time of delivery, the signature of the receiver is a must for the sake of security. In case you’re not home any other family member can receive on your behalf. If no one’s home then our carrier will leave it with your neighbors and don’t worry we’ll inform you via email. In the worst-case scenario, our rider will contact you and ask for your opinion and suggestion for it.  
  1. Why was my order canceled?
Oops! We humbly apologize for the inconvenience caused. This might be because of a shortage of stock in our inventory. We try our best to make this happen as infrequent as possible, but sometimes things aren’t in our control. We’ll send you an email as soon as we restock, stay tuned!  
  1. The item I need is out of stock.
You missed it! Well, we have a lot of variety that you can choose from. But if your heart wants what it wants then just keep checking our website, we do restock the best gems! You can also let us know your demanded product through our Contact us page and we will try to look into your request.  
  1. Can I exchange my parcel for another one?
Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges. Nevertheless, you can refund your unwanted product and reorder, don’t forget there’s plenty of fish in the sea. For return or refund, kindly head over your query to our return and refund page.  
  1. How can I go for a refund?
